Conditions of Purchase

1. Purpose

These Purchase Conditions regulate the electronic purchases made on the website (hereinafter, the "Portal") and will be incorporated into your purchase contract (hereinafter, the "Contract") when you press the button to "Process Order" at the end of the Purchase Process, being obliged from that moment to comply with the provisions thereof.

Such modifications made will not affect in any way those purchases made prior to the approval of said modifications, which are to be governed in any case by the Purchase Conditions in force at the time of making those other purchases. It is the client's responsibility to know the Purchase Conditions in force at the time of the start of the Purchase Process. 

These Purchase Conditions may be completed or modified by particular clauses or specific conditions of certain products, especially as regards the exclusion of rights of withdrawal, changes or returns. Please consult the product information for these particular conditions carefully. 

The electronic document formalizing the Contract will be filed by, and may be consulted on the website after the authentication process, using your username and password or the means established in each case.  

 2. Registration as User

To facilitate electronic purchases and avoid asking customers repeatedly for the same information each time they make a new purchase, it is necessary to register as a user of the Portal. User registration may be performed at any time through the "My Account" section or during the purchase process itself. At the end of the registration process you will receive an email confirming that the process has finished successfully.

Access the registered users section using your username and password or the means provided by to authenticate users in each case. may use cookies or other similar means associated with your user registration to permit you to record your browsing preferences and identify you when you connect from the same computer.

User Registration also allows you to access your purchase history, consult and edit your registration data and other purchase-related procedures.

Registration as a user of is free and is not subject to any conditions or compensation. You can unsubscribe as a user at any time by sending an email to Withdrawal as a user will lead to the cancellation of your personal user data as well as the inability to make online purchases in the future until you register again as a user.

4.Quality of electronic contracting services guarantees that the products marketed through the Portal meet the same quality and benefit standards as those sold in the physical establishments of PuroEGO. has made its best efforts to ensure that the representation of the image of the products on the Portal is as faithful as possible to reality. Notwithstanding the foregoing, some characteristics, such as colours or texture, may not be correctly appreciated from the images or may vary depending on your screen.
The products published on are accompanied by the following information:

5. Term of validity of the offer

Without prejudice to the provisions enshrined in specific legislation, electronic offers or contracting proposals will be valid for the period set by or, failing that, for as long as they remain accessible to the recipients.

6. Product availability.

If at the time the order is made, we detect that there is no stock of any of the products included in it, we will contact you to inform you of that it will not be possible to supply that item and proceed to refund the corresponding amount. The foregoing shall be understood without prejudice to the legal rights corresponding to you as a consumer.

7. Purchase process

The Purchase Process consists of the following procedures:  

Product selection: Browse our page and press the "Add to cart" button each time you wish to add a product for purchase. The shopping basket contains the name of the selected product, reference, colour, size, quantity and the price in Euros. If a certain colour and size combination of the selected garment does not exist, the button will not appear and a message will be displayed informing that it is not available.

Start of the purchase process: To start the purchase process, press the "Process Order" button in the shopping basket or directly the "Buy" button in the upper right hand section of the screen where the quick view of the basket appears. If you are not registered as a User or have not accessed as such, you will be asked to do so previously.

Verification of purchase data: Before selecting the payment method, you can verify the details of your purchase and correct any errors in the data entry. Once you have verified your shipping details, click continue.

Selection of payment method: Select the payment method you prefer and press the "Confirm my order" button. The system will then redirect you to the payment system selected where you must provide all the necessary data for the payment method selected. This will be the only time that you will be asked for this information. 
When you have provided all the necessary data, press the purchase confirmation button thus concluding the contract for all intents and purposes.
Purchase confirmation: Once we receive our acceptance, will issue an on-screen confirmation that you can file, containing the following information:  

  • Order number.
  • Date of order.
  • Delivery method. 

In any case, within the next 24 hours, will issue a purchase confirmation by email.

Before choosing the payment method, you must accept these Purchase Conditions. Once the purchase is confirmed, the customer may not modify or cancel the order outside of the cases provided by law or in these Purchase Conditions.

8. Purchase limits and prohibition of resale or distribution

This purchase channel is restricted to consumers or final recipients of the products, therefore, any professional activity involving the reselling or distributing of the products purchased is prohibited. For these purposes, will not accept purchases in excess of the following limits:
- Maximum amount per purchase: 1,500 euros; or
- Maximum number of units: 40.

All prices indicated on the website are in euros and include VAT.

The shipping costs are detailed at the end of the purchase process, once you have included the shipping address. These shipping costs will depend on the place of delivery and will be borne by the customer. The total shipping costs are given in the payment phase of the Purchase Process. Orders requested for in-store collection, do not incur shipping costs.

Prior to the "Make Payment" phase, you will be informed of the complete final price of your order, broken down, where appropriate, and the amount of the increases or discounts applied as well as the transport costs or other additional services.

Despite the measures taken by to avoid errors, it may happen that the price of a product applied during the purchase is not the one offered or that the price displayed on the Portal was wrong. If these errors are detected after the conclusion of the Contract, the Contract will be rendered void in accordance with current legislation and without prejudice to your rights as a consumer. will notify you of this incident as soon as it becomes aware of it and, if any amount has been charged for said purchase, it will be immediately reimbursed.

You can pay the price of the products purchased by any of the following means:

The payment of your order occurs in real time through the Virtual POS once it has been verified that the data provided is correct. guarantees that it will treat the data corresponding to the payment method used with total security and confidentiality. The data of the card used for payment is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. This solution guarantees communication secrecy through a dialogue with encryption keys. In order to detect and avoid fraudulent operations and unnecessary harm and inconvenience to our customers, has adopted fraud prevention measures and controls. These controls consist of the analysis of the characteristics of the orders and their comparison with previous fraudulent operations. Sometimes, in order to guarantee that it is not a fraudulent operation, PuroEGO may require you to complete or provide certain information. Refusal to supply this information will prevent PuroEGO from carrying out the necessary checks on the authenticity of the order. In these cases, PuroEGO will have the right to cancel the order on the grounds of fraud. Despite our attempts to improve our fraud detection systems, we cannot fully guarantee that an operation that is not fraudulent will not be classified as fraudulent. If you are affected and an operation is denied incorrectly, please inform us through the contact methods provided in Customer Service so that we can respond to your request as soon as possible.
Also please note that the providers or issuers of the means of payment used may have adopted other anti-fraud measures not controlled by which could lead to the rejection of certain types of operations. does not control and is not responsible for the damages that may be caused by the application of the policies approved by the different providers or issuers of payment methods.
The use of a means of payment owned by a third party is prohibited except when you have the express authorization of said third party, and are liable for said authorization, assuming all the damages and losses that may accrue to

11. Invoicing will send you the paper remittance note along with your order. You may download your invoice by entering the "My account" section with your credentials and in the "My Orders" tab you will see the purchase history with its corresponding invoices to be downloaded.

12. Delivery

During the purchase process, you can choose whether you want to receive the order at your home or, conversely, if you want to pick it up at any of the PuroEGO stores..

Shipping costs are free from € 50 in Spain. For other countries, the shipping costs are as shown in the table below:

In the case of in-store collection, shipping costs will not be charged.

Delivery is concluded when you receive the products purchased at the address indicated for shipping or when you collect them personally or through a third party. Both with home delivery and in-store delivery, the recipient will need to sign the delivery note or document as proof of the delivery of the order. The signature of the delivery note does not imply compliance and only serves to prove that the delivery has occurred. Therefore, it does not affect your contractual rights nor does it imply compliance with a product in poor condition. Without prejudice to your contractual and legal rights, we request that, in order to be able to process any incident related to the shipment of the merchandise, you notify us within 24 hours of any incident related to the shipment, such as lack or loss of any of the products purchased, damaged product, open merchandise, etc. Please note that the delivery note signature is necessary to deliver the product, so you must ensure that other people can receive the purchase on your behalf. does not accept any responsibility for the reception made by another person on your behalf without the due authorization when said reception is carried out correctly at the designated delivery location.

In the case of in-store collection, you can ask a third party to collect the order for you. The authorized third party designated to collect the order on your behalf must identify themselves with your name, surname and ID, provide the order number that PuroEGO communicated to you, and correctly identify the person who made the purchase.  

Home delivery will be made from Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

In-store collection can be done at any time during customer service hours.

Delivery, at home or in-store, involves the transmission of the risk that the deterioration of the products, their loss or theft occurring after that moment are not the responsibility of

In the case of home delivery, two delivery attempts will be made. If after making these attempts, delivery has not been possible, will cancel the Contract due to the impossibility of compliance, and without prejudice to the claims that may initiate in case of intent or fault of the client. In the case of in-store collection, the Contract will be cancelled once 15 calendar days have elapsed since the product was received at the chosen store. does not accept PO Boxes as valid home delivery addresses. If the Contract includes the address of a post office box, the contract will not be valid, and nor will it oblige to fulfill it, however, it may notify said circumstance and roll back the charges made.

For online orders with shipments outside the European Union, customs duties or transport taxes may be charged, which must be paid directly by the addressee.
The approximate delivery times are as follows:

- Home delivery

o Peninsular territories of Spain and Portugal: between 48 and 72 hours on working days.
o Balearic Islands: 48 to 72 hours on weekdays.
o Other countries: between 3 and 5 working days

- In-store collection: between 2 and 8 working days.  

- Delivery to pick-up point: 3 to 5 working days.

During the period of special promotions, the delivery timings may be longer than usual.

In the case of in-store collection, the customer will receive a call from the store informing that the order is available for collection.
You can request information about the status of the delivery of your order by entering your username and password in the "My Account" section and clicking on "My Orders".


13. Returns

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 calendar days without justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 30 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the last of those goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at PuroEGO (Avda. Juan Carlos I Rey de España, 6, Villarejo de Salvanés, 918317590, of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement. You can use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.

You also have the option to electronically fill out and send the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement through our website If you use this option, we will notify you without delay in a durable medium (for example, email) of the receipt of such withdrawal.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right to be sent before the corresponding period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, (discounting the shipping costs, as long as the return is not made at one of the brand’s physical points of sale, excluding the centers of El Corte Inglés) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make a refund using the same payment method employed by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.

We may retain the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have presented proof of return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

You must communicate to us, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date when you send your communication, your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered fulfilled if you return the goods before the deadline has expired.

You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from any form of handling other than that considered necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

How to handle a return

There are 2 possibilities for making returns:

In-store returns: You can return the items purchased at at any PuroEGO store (except Corner El Corte Inglés) at no additional cost. Customers who have chosen in-store pickup as the shipping method will only be able to return their items at the same store where they picked it up.

Returns by courier company: Follow these steps if you want to request a pickup:

1. Log in to your customer account and go to the "my orders" section to be redirected to the returns section.

2. Select the order and the products to be returned.

3. Indicate the shipping method by which you wish to make the return.

4. Place the garments to be returned in the original box, or similar, close it and attach the corresponding shipping label.

5. Hand the box to the courier.

* The cost of collection will be €4.95 (Spain) or €5.95 (Balearic Islands), to be deducted from the amount to be returned.
** The cost of delivery to a post office will be 3,95€, to be deducted from the amount to be returned.
*** The cost of return to a collection point in France will be €7.95, to be deducted from the amount to be returned.
**** Outside Spain, the shipment of the goods to be returned will be managed by the customer.
***** Returns from the United States can be managed by the brand's courier service, which will cost 49€ plus any possible costs that may arise at Customs, to be deducted from the amount to be returned.

Returns of defective products: 

In the event that, exceptionally, you received a defective or incorrect product, the process is the same as if it were a return, with the difference that PuroEgo will refund the amount of the product and the shipping costs. Check the "defective product" box for reason of return.

The provisions of this clause for the return of defective products shall be without prejudice to the mandatory rights of the consumer to repair or replace the product, reduce the price, or terminate the contract by the provisions of Title IV of Book II of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November. In particular, according to the provisions of article 120 of RDLeg 1/2007, in the case of a contract for the sale of goods or the supply of digital content or services supplied in a single act or a series of individual acts, the entrepreneur will be liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery or supply and becomes apparent within three years of delivery in the case of goods or two years in the case of digital content or services.

14. Force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances will not be responsible for the total non-compliance, defective compliance or delay in the fulfillment of any of the obligations in its charge that have their cause in any event of force majeure or fortuitous event. Any term obligations in existence will be suspended in these cases during the entire period during which the force majeure or fortuitous event continues, and the calculation of these shall be resumed once said force majeure or fortuitous circumstance disappears.

In accordance with the provisions enshrined in national and European consumer protection regulations, the possibility of resorting to an out-of-court mechanism for claiming and resolving conflicts online is offered, in accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013. 17. Contract integrity

These Purchase Conditions and any document to which express reference is made thereto (such as particular clauses or specific conditions established for certain products and accepted by you accordingly at the time of accepting their purchase), constitute the entire Contract , replacing any other agreements or pacts that the parties may have agreed verbally or in writing prior to the conclusion of the Contract.

18. Applicable law

The Law applicable to this Contract will be Spanish Law, without prejudice to the cases in which the laws of other States could become mandatory.
