At PuroEGO we want you to have an excellent shopping experience so we offer you several shipping options. You can choose between home delivery or collection from any of our shops (except Corner El Corte Inglés).

The shipping costs and approximate delivery times are as follows::

- Shop delivery (Spain): Between 5-10 days (working days). FREE

- Home delivery (Spain): Between 48/72 hours (working days). Shipping costs: 3,95 ? VAT included

Home delivery (Portugal): Between 48/72 hours (working days). Shipping costs: 5,95 ? VAT included

- Home delivery (Balearic Islands): Between 48 /72 hours (working days). Shipping costs: 5.95 ? VAT included.

Shipping costs are free in Spain for orders over 50 euros.

During the period of special promotions, the delivery time may be longer than usual.

Delivery times of the products of guest brands may suffer delays in their delivery time because they are supplied by logistic centres outside the control of PuroEGO.


Both for shop delivery and for home delivery it will be necessary for the recipient to sign the delivery note or document justifying the delivery of the product.

The signature on the delivery note does not imply conformity and only serves as proof that the delivery has taken place. It does not therefore affect your contractual rights or imply conformity with a product in poor condition.

If you have any problem with the delivery or the goods (damaged product, missing or lost product, opened goods...) please contact our Customer Service immediately (91 831 75 90; )

Please note that the signature on the delivery note is required for delivery of the product so please ensure that others can receive the purchase on your behalf. PuroEGO does not accept any responsibility for the reception of the product by another person on your behalf without due authorisation when this reception is correctly carried out at the indicated place of delivery.

PuroEGO does not accept P.O. boxes as valid delivery addresses.

If the order is not delivered for reasons beyond the control of the brand or the carrier (prolonged absence, incorrect address, etc.) and is returned to our facilities, we will not refund any shipping costs that may have been paid for the shipment.

For online orders with shipments outside the European Union, customs duties or transport taxes may be levied, which must be paid directly by the recipient.


Home delivery will be made from Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm.

The logistics company in charge of deliveries is SEUR.

We will send you an e-mail to inform you that your order has been sent, however you can track your order by entering your username and password in, in the "My Account" section, and clicking on "My Orders".


We will contact you to let you know that your order has already arrived at the collection point you selected. You can go and collect it whenever you want.


Shop pickup can be made at any time during shop hours.

You will receive a phone call from the shop informing you that the order is available for collection.

You have a maximum of 15 days to collect your purchase. In this case, you do not need to wait. Ask our shop staff directly and collect your order by showing your ID card.

You can also track your order by entering your username and password on our website and going to "My Account" and then "My Orders".
