How can I return an item purchased on PuroEGO.com?
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 calendar days without having to justify yourself.
The withdrawal period will expire 30 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier, as indicated by you, has acquired material possession of the last of these goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must make an unequivocal statement on the returns form accessible from your customer account.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the corresponding deadline.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least costly method of ordinary delivery that we offer) without any undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expense as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired.
You shall only be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

How can I change a product or a size?
If you have received your order but would like to change your size or product, you can go to any of our shops (except Corner El Corte Inglés) and you can do so as long as it is a product of the same or greater size.
You can also return the product and place a new order on our website.
What do I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
In the event that, exceptionally, you have received a defective or incorrect product, the process is the same as if it were a return, with the difference that PuroEGO will refund the amount of the product and the shipping costs.
