Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 30 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of these goods.

In order to process a return, the goods must retain all original labels and/or packaging, be in perfect condition and unused. Otherwise, such return may not be processed.

No exchanges or returns of underwear will be accepted.

Payment will be made by the same means of payment used to process the order and will be effective within a maximum period of 14 days, which may be longer during special sales periods.

How to manage a return

Returns in shop: You can return the articles purchased in PuroEGO.com in any PuroEGO shop (except El Corte Inglés) without any additional cost for the customer.

Returns by courier: You can make the arrangements from the following link:

- The cost of collection will be €4.95 (Spain) or €5.95 (Balearic Islands and Portugal), to be deducted from the amount to be returned.
- The cost of delivery to the post office or Inpost will be €3.95 (Spain) or €4.95 (Balearic Islands and Portugal), to be deducted from the amount to be returned.
- The cost of delivery to an Inpost office in France will be €7.95.
- In other countries, the shipping of the goods to be returned will be managed by the customer.

Returns of defective products:

In the event that, exceptionally, you have received a defective or incorrect product, the process is the same as if it were a return with the difference that PuroEGO will refund the amount of the product. Please tick the box ‘defective product’ in the reason for return.

The provisions of this clause for the return of defective products shall be without prejudice to the mandatory rights of the consumer to repair or replace the product, reduce the price or terminate the contract in accordance with the provisions of Title IV of Book II of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November. In particular, according to the provisions of article 120 of RDLeg 1/2007, in the case of a contract for the sale of goods or the supply of digital content or services supplied in a single act or in a series of individual acts, the entrepreneur shall be liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery or supply and that becomes apparent within three years of delivery in the case of goods or two years in the case of digital content or services.

Exchange Policy

If you have received your order but wish to change the size or product, the operation must be carried out in two separate operations, i.e. you will request the return of the product and in a new purchase, you will acquire the new product and size desired.

This return process can be carried out using the methods indicated in the previous point.
